At Thrive Counseling Services, we value your commitment to your therapy journey and aim to make services accessible and fair. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, the following attendance policy is in place:

Missed Intake Without Contact
If a client fails to attend a scheduled intake session and does not contact the office or therapist within 24 hours to confirm their interest in continuing services, a $75 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file unless the absence is due to a documented emergency.

Late Cancellations
If a client no-shows or cancels their appointment with less than 24 hour notice, a $60 late cancellation fee will charged to the card on file.

 

Rescheduling
To avoid the cancellation fee, clients may reschedule their session to a different time within the same week, therapist and client schedules permitting. Please contact your therapist and the office as soon as possible to request a rescheduled appointment.

 

Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If an absence is due to an emergency, please notify the office or your therapist as soon as possible to discuss the situation and determine whether the fee can be waived.
